At a work convention, speaking with a Bloomberg Analyst. This was an opportunity only made available after passing an online test, then an online screening of a resume and cover letter.

Very long with a lot of stages. Initial telephone screening call, then an assessment centre with 2 tasks, then a manager final interview. The assessment day was fun, but final interview did not have a good vibe, harsh questions almost setting you up to fail.
