The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Bloomberg
Interview
The interview process went well until the very last stage, on which I was shut down right on the spot, not given even a chance to succeed. Not a stress interview environment, seemed like a rigged one. One of the other possible interns was also told that the masters degree that he was doing is quote on quote "pointless ". Overall, not a great experience.

I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Bloomberg (Londres, Inglaterra) in Apr 2016
Interview
30 minutes with a manager of the department. Lots of interactions.
Communications skills and language skills are highly observed by the interviewer apart from the interest in working at Bloomberg so you should be prepared at all times when asked to sell yourself and sell something.
Financial-related questions (Regulations, Dodd-Frank Act, IFRS 9 etc)
