Boeing Engineer interview questions

Phone interview asking me questions about my experience. I meet several people who were kind and welcoming. I didn't take the job this time because I had a better offer.

Fairly easy interview. The interview itself was not too technically and highly relied on the answers being presented in the STAR format. If you can memorize the Situation, Task, Action, and Result format when you deliver your answers, you should be prepared.
