Boeing System Engineer interview questions

I applied at a Career fair, and talked to a recruiter in person. Next day interview and then no response. Offer and selection took several months. Hiring managers review a group of resumes, and select who they want to extend an offer to.

Contacted company recruiters, set up a time to do a Webex interview with a hiring manager and 4 other managers for similar positions. The interview was pretty laid back. STAR method was heavily implemented but very open ended and high level so most of my prepared answers were adequate. Very little technical questioning
