Interview
Easily one of the worst candidate experiences I’ve had. I interviewed for the role and was told they wanted to move me to the second stage. Despite following up for a week to schedule the next interview, I received no response. After a month of complete radio silence, they finally got back to me and scheduled another interview — essentially a repeat of the first one.
A few days later, I was pushed to the second round again and completed the interview, only to be ghosted once more despite multiple follow-up attempts.
Additionally, the company does not seem to comply with GDPR regulations. I requested access to my information stored in their system and was completely ignored by both their Talent Acquisition Director and Legal team.
Overall, extremely unprofessional behavior from everyone I interacted with throughout the process.

Question 1
Stakeholder management, working with data, experience recruiting sales roles in EMEA, etc.
first round with HR and second round with CSMs were pleasant. They showed genuine interest in learning what I do and how that could/could not be a fit.
The third round with the hiring manager though showed me a little bit more insight on the role's day-to-day, and the team's focus on data support from a sub-team in India.

I was ghosted. Boomi reached out to me via email about an opportunity. I responded - no response from them. I followed up - no response. I found the individual on LinkedIn & connected - no response to my message.
