I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Boomi (Toronto, ON) in Jun 2025
Interview
Conversation with recruiter and then hiring manager. They were very quick to reply and it was a good process. Recruiter asked very standard questions; why this role, why this company, what makes you a good fit etc.
Went through multiple rounds of interviews at Boomi. After few rounds, the recruiter stopped responding—no feedback or communication , despite follow-ups. Being ghosted after investing significant time and effort is unprofessional and reflects poorly on Boomi’s hiring culture. I hope they take steps to improve transparency and communication with future candidates.

Interview Process Review – Boomi
The interview process at Boomi was one of the most structured and supportive experiences I’ve had. From the very beginning, the communication was clear, consistent, and timely. Each step of the process was explained in detail, and I always knew what was coming next. I particularly appreciated the transparency and the encouragement I received from the recruitementteam throughout the journey. Their feedback was always constructive, and it was clear they genuinely cared about making the experience positive and respectful. I felt supported at every stage, which made a real difference. Top-notch experience!

Question 1
During the interview process, I was asked thoughtful and relevant questions that aimed to understand both my professional experience and how I approach challenges in a sales environment. The questions covered areas such as my sales methodology, how I manage complex accounts, and how I collaborate cross-functionally. There was also a role-play scenario to assess business acumen and communication skills. Overall, the questions were well-structured and aligned with the real responsibilities of the role. It felt like a two-way conversation, not just an evaluation – which made me even more excited about joining the team
