I met the recruiter at an MBA Conference. I posted my profile online and received a phone call about 3 weeks later. This was a "fit" phone call and an invitation to come to McLean for an interview. I had two thirty minute interviews. There was a room with four interviews going on at once. Felt very reminiscent of a speed dating experience. The culture seemed average a bit more laid back than I expected.
