Worked with an Associate on a project while still in college. Was referred. Was contacted by HR rep to inquire if I was interested in working for the company. Then was contacted to set-up a 4 person "speed date" style interview session. Was interviewed by HR manager, 2 Senior Associates, and a Principal. 2 days later I was contacted by the HR rep and was given an offer
