I applied online. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Apr 2023
Interview
Interview process was great and everything moved quickly. Communication was great as well. I finished two rounds of interviews and was made an offer. I accepted the offer then the company completely ghosted me…they didn’t respond to my texts, calls, or emails. There was complete radio silence. Weeks later the veterans hiring center finally did get in touch with someone to ask what was going on. They told him that they had my paperwork but “things were just moving slow”. I never heard from them again. A courtesy email or call to let me know they changed their minds would have been nice. If they came across a better candidate I would have understood. I found it extremely unprofessional for them to have handled it the way that they did.
The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was easy no case study just talked to two people back to back. I think they were two thirty minute interviews. They can be from different accounts and just walked through your resume
Two interviews one with my job lead and one with my career manager. Typical questions about you and your resume. Both interviews were virtual and about 30 minutes in length.
