You first interview with a Recruiter that asks a myriad of screening questions that are scripted and straightforward. Next is a interview with the hiring manager that is more of a situational interview in which you need to provide specific examples of how you made an impact in previous roles.

Very relaxed interview process. They just asked questions regarding the projects and experiences on my resume. 5mins for intros, 17-18 mins for resume questions, and the rest was chatting about random topics/questions that I had.

I had one screening call with a recruiter and one thirty minute interview with the team. It was largely behavioral, but my position was not very technical to begin with.
