Brief phone screening with recruiter to discuss resume and salary expectations followed by a virtual interview with the hiring manager. The interview was standard - discussed resume, experience with adult learning and learning management systems. Interviewers had good responses to my questions about the company culture and team. Entire interview process from phone screening to offer was completed in under 2 weeks.
I was contacted by phone to schedule the interview. The interview was completed in person (pre-pandemic) at a round table with three interviewees. There was a question and answer style of interview, however, they also described the job in detail and opened the floor up for my own questions. To date it has been my favorite interview. While three interviewees could seem intimidating, they were very inviting and relaxed. The round table allowed us all to speak with each other, versus other meetings where you’re placed across from everyone else, left to feel more isolated and in the spotlight.
