Applied online and received a phone interview two weeks later, followed by an interview with the hiring team. I wasn't selected but they recommended me for an interview with another team, which I did the following day. Received an offer the next day. The whole interview process took a week.

Interview panel with hiring manager and 4 other board members. Interview was setup by the recruiter, process was fast and easy after application was submitted. Most interview questions were very general asking about military experience and gauging compatibility as an instructor.
