Technical questions regarding prior experience was focal point of interview. Follow up with behavioral questions and handling difficult engagements, co-workers, and work streams. Very straight forward and to the point.

Question 1
What is your expected salary range? Tell me about a time you worked with a difficult colleague and achieved exceptional results.
Open interview, "speed dating" style. With so many people involved, there is a tendency to have applicants slip through the cracks. I had a great interview and was supposed to have a follow up from the department manager but never heard back.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in May 2022
Interview
This was primarily for the Tech Excellence Data Science Program, which is a 7 week, paid, full time course that then puts you into a billable contract upon finishing.
It started with a call with a recruiter- she's the one that told me about the program and asked if I was interested in that. This call was very simple, just going over your resume and security type questions. I followed up after a couple days, and then a day later she set me up with an interview. That was with three people, and one of the best interviews I've had- very conversational and laid back. I followed up with my recruiter after my interview, and then a couple days later she connected me with the lead recruiter who called me with the job offer and explained the entire process for me.

Question 1
They asked the "tell us about yourself" question. If I'd been in any leadership situations. They follow up on any key words you may say that interests them- for me it was justification for projects/making proposals. They finish by asking if I had any questions- make sure you have one or two!
