The job I interviewed for, requested senior experience at Junior pay. They were very cages of pay until the very last step, making it a waste of time for everybody.
The process started with a phone interview with HR. Next, HR set up an in-person interview with Booz Allen Team members. Once that interview process is complete the next process was a follow-up in-depth phone screen interview with one of the Booz Allen Teams from the in-person interview.
They were very relaxed and spoke primarily about relatable experience. There were three interviewers from all seniority and looked for very thorough explanation on processes, methods, programs, and overcoming difficulties/set backs.
