The Booz Allen consultant interview process was pretty straightforward—started with a recruiter screen, then a couple of behavioral interviews, and a case-style or problem-solving conversation. Overall, it focused a lot on teamwork, communication, and how you think through challenges. It felt professional but conversational.

Can you describe a time where you had to lead a project?
It was informal and over zoom. We mainly discussed small talk and it was a a personality type of interview. There was a lot of ambiguity about what I would actually be doing in the role.
One round of interviews with the senior manager who asked basic questions about resume and experience. Nothing too hard if you are prepared and have applied to jobs before you should be fine
