Overall the interview process went extremely well. The recruiter was very organized, professional and personable. The hiring team asked engaging and job specific questions, instead of the usual behavioral questions. This shows that they are a cohesive team and value the skillset a potential candidate can bring to the company instead of just hiring anyone. It's also a reflection of the company culture as a whole.

There were operational and situational questions specific to the role such as how I would work an OCI, describing a time I've worked with leadership, etc.
The technical interview was extremely professional, straightforward, and conducted in a positive environment. It's critical that you conduct research on the position and make clear of your technical capabilities, knowledge, and willingness and adeptness to learn.
