Question 1
Technical expertise is all important. You must be an expert programmer and software developer
Competence with different applications and tool-sets is key. You must be able to get up to speed on applications that you have not worked with before in record time
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in May 2020
Interview
Two 30 minute Skype-like interviews back to back. The first with an associate, the second with two senior associates. Probably the best interview I've ever had, I genuinely enjoyed speaking with all of them. Behavioral interview style where I was able to share my experiences and they all answered my questions very candidly. I received an offer a few days after the interview, but unfortunately it was pretty low so I didn't accept the job. Overall a really great interview experience though.
