Interview
HR made a phone screen for me, and after about 1 week later, I got an interview opportunity. HR helped me to set up a phone interview at 8.30 am, and there were 3 interviews. I prepared it for 2 days and trying to perform my best. But when I dialed the interview phone on time, there was only one interviewer online. And she only asked me one question that what your visa status. After I answered the question, she said they only need citizens. Shouldn't this be asked before the interview set up? I think the HR is not professional, because she didn't check it first. Wasting our time. Actually, I pretty interested in that job, since it perfectly matches my experiences.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (New York, NY)
Interview
Initial phone screen, then 2 phone interviews with the hiring manager and technical members of the team. One onsite conversation discussing the role and team org to determine fit. Was not a behavioral interview but a more broad discussion.
