Easygoing and casual conversation. Two managers took turn to conduct the interview. They asked some general questions and wanted to make sure if I could do the job and if I fit in to company's culture and goals. The whole process took about a week. Really nice and fair interview. They made sure the candidate was right for them and the team.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Lexington Park, MD) in Feb 2016
Interview
I had an informal interview based on a referral from an associate. A panel of senior level employees and I had a very conversational interview in which we discussed my background based on my resume and interests within the firm. At the end of the interview (it went well) the members of the panel briefly discussed what each of there teams did and then asked who I wanted to work for.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
There where many questions, all specific to my individual resume. It was more of a conversation than a question and response session.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Rockville, MD) in May 2016
Interview
Initially spoke to a recruiter regarding different positions that are available. Was told there is an interest at the Rockville team. No movement for 3 weeks after that. Just when I had given up, I received a call and scheduled an interview the week after. Two one-on-one sessions, all behavioral questions. They were candid discussions on what I am looking for, and what I can bring to the table. Received an offer the same day.
