20 min phone interview to go over and confirm my past educational and work related experience. Also asked about compensation and informed me what the next steps would be for in person interview.

Great interview. It was almost like speed dating where I sat for 30 minute interviews with a few different people in different teams or sections that had seen my resume and wanted to talk to me. Got to learn a lot from different sections of the company about the kinds of projects they were working on. Before the actual interview, there was the usual HR rundown on the company and then a mini networking session where you got to talk to people in case they weren't part of the list of people that were able to secure an interview with you.
