I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Fort Knox, KY) in Nov 2012
Interview
Pretty standard. First round was a phone interview with a recruiter. Round two was a phone interview with a local onsite manager. Third round was a panel interview. Very straightforward. Was made to feel comfortable, relaxed, and welcomed.

I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Linthicum Heights, MD) in Jun 2012
Interview
After a very brief phone interview, I received an invitation for an in-person interview. To my surprise, I arrived to the location... along with 20 other interviewee's. We were all escorted into a large room with several desks with our names placed on them. We all found our names and sat down, then the interviewers arrived. Some folks had one interviewer, some had two. I talked with one gentleman who was very laid-back and who discussed the interview event itself. He felt very confident with me based solely on my resume, so I didn't receive any difficult questions. Overall, I felt very confident that I would receive a job offer.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC)
Interview
Clear, met with a variety of people, was brought out to lunch, each person gave me a clear understanding of their role and how long they've been at Booz. I was given an idea of the projects that I'd be working on, what the expectations are and how they are managed. The interview group was able to articulate where their team fell in the overall Booz Allen company.
