I applied through other source. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Oct 2014
Interview
Two interviewers, each 30 minutes. Very stiff, not engaged, not interested in dealing with staff they didn't think they could control (not manage, dictate to regardless of how ridiculous their instructions were.)
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in May 2015
Interview
I was notified about a possible internship from Booz Allen but a week passed and there was no call/email. I called the person back and she said the internship position was filled and said to try again next year. The next day a different recruiter from Booz Allen called saying that he was forwarded my resume and wanted to set up a phone interview. The phone interview was set up the following day and in 2 days I would do my phone interview. I dialed the number they sent me through email and the interview was only 8 minutes in total. She asked alot of technical questions asking about my experience with data analysis. Overall, the interview was really easy and I got the email of my internship acceptance 5 hours later. I am really pleased with how Booz Allen tries to find different positions for candidates that they find favorable.

Interview
I applied online and very quickly got a phone interview. I had two phone interviews and then got invited to interview with the team. I flew myself out to DC so that I could interview in person and I interviewed with four members of the team I would be joining. There was a bit of confusion following the interview on hiring and which team I would join but in the end I ended up getting the original job I applied for.
