Booz Allen Hamilton interview questions

I was referred by a friend to a recruiter directly, and went through a phone screening call. I then went through two rounds of thorough interviews, about a week apart. The recruiter followed up with me to say they'd like to schedule another final interview, and after I shared availability they never replied until weeks later when I followed up and learned the position was filled. My frustration with the interview process is the lack of transparency. As someone who has interviewed candidates for roles myself, I always let candidates know when more time is needed or as soon as we've gone in a different direction so that they are able to pursue other opportunities. It was a very frustrating experience.

The recruiter reached out to me asking for my availability to schedule a phone interview for the Human Capital and Organizational Development Strategist. I responded with my availability within the same day and never heard back from the recruiter. This is very unprofessional and I would not consider working at Booz Allen in the future if this is how candidates are treated.
