I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Jul 2010
Interview
Three or four rounds of interviews with different Senior Associates looking to fill open billets in different parts of the firm. It was basically the same general (easy) questions asked over and over again. Each one just wanted to make sure you have a pulse and a clearance

Question 1
Booz Allen does not have the best recruiters in the industry; some are extremely difficult to work with, even when you make their lives extremely easy by accepting their offer with minimal negotiation
I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Washington, DC) in Aug 2013
Interview
I applied for a General Management Consultant position through an internal referral. A 30-minute screening phone call went well enough for them to bring me in for an interview. The interview was conducted with an Associate and a Career Manager consecutively. They asked a variety of questions about my background and then tested my analytical abilities with a few questions regarding work that I might come across. The recruiter indicated that I would hear from them within a week, and 5 days later, I received an offer for employment. Very professional approach. A well-oiled recruitment department in my experience.

If you were the incoming Commissioner of the IRS, what would you do within your first 100 days following the recent poor press.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Jan 2009
Interview
It took months for them to get back to me so I had to take another job while waiting for a response. I had practically given up on them so I was surprised when they called me in for an interview.
