I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Aberdeen, MD)
Interview
Good interaction with a recruiter and hiring manager. Phone interview had softball questions and minimal salary negotiations. In person interview was conducted with numerous team members in a "speed dating" style and caped by an interview with the Senior Associate. This interview took about 3 -4 hours. Overall, this could be intense if I hadn't conducted research ahead of time to learn about the speed dating approach and typical questions asked.

Question 1
None that I can remember - everything was relatively simple, just a lot, with a lot of different people over a few hours.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Oct 2012
Interview
Phone interview only, but done as a 3-person panel, and then a fourth called individually later. Interviewers understood my military background, asked a few behavioral questions, generally pretty straightforward. Nothing particularly surprising, they weren't trying to ask hard questions but just understand my background and willingness to work hard. Did have a computer app that could be used to show documents, but we didn't use it.

Question 1
How would you react to working for a person who was your junior in the military?
