I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Sep 2012
Interview
Got a call from a recruiter after applying to a few jobs online. Talked with her for about 30 mins on my experience and what I'm looking for at Booz. Set up an interview for a few weeks later. Completed a writing assessment a week before the interview as well. Its one hour timed with limited information so prep to be generic as possible. It was a round robin style interview. Talked with 3 different people for 30 min a piece. Asked mainly communication questions and not so much about Booz and its culture. I found it quite funny how they preach diversity but the only "diverse" people I saw there were security and not any Booz employees.

Got an interview through on-campus university career services. Interview was one on one with HR representative and then the technical interview with five technical team managers. Interview
I am unsure of what Human Resources look for, as it is quite different from interviews 5-10 years ago, though I suggest looking at interviews at CACI, ManTech, SAIC (the services spin-off) as proxies.
