I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Quantico, VA) in Jun 2010
Interview
I submitted my resume through the company's website. Within 2 weeks I received a phone call and had a 20 minute conversation with the recruiter. This was a short, but pleasant exchange. I was asked to come to a job expo style event at the Marine Corps Museum in Quantico VA. There were hundreds of perspective employees. I had a 30 minute sit down with one senior employee after waiting close to an hour.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Jun 2012
Interview
My interviewing process was pretty rigorous. I submitted my resume online, and was contacted by a recruiter two weeks later. After screening me for a position, I was forwarded to another recruiter who coordinated my interview dates. Since I was out of state, all of my interviews were conducted via phone or webcam. In total, I completed five interviews with various heads within the department.
