Senior level employees seem to find it amusing to leave their cameras off while interviewing candidates. It is unprofessional and rude. Candidates are asked to keep their cameras on. Prepare to be yelled at and talked down at by at least 6 people in interviewing process. Why so many people conducting a interview. (More like a witch hunt). Look elsewhere as a certain demographic lacks empathy and condescending manners are run by ego sensitive people. This is especially true when you as a Canadiate ask a question. Also, there is about 6 or more people interviewing you for the job so it almost feels like a witch-hunt.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (Texas City, TX) in Jan 2024
