Interview
I applied for an IT Consultant position online and received a call from a recruiter. The recruiter asked about my background, experience and salary requirements and I was told they would refer me to the hiring official. After not hearing anything for a week, I called the recruiter and I was told it was between me and another candidate who had more business development experience. It's been 3 weeks and I haven't heard anything, so I guess the other candidate got the job.

Interview
As many other have described, I intererviewed with a group of other student prospects for about 3.0 hours with 30 minute interviews divided up for the duration of the visit. each 30 minute interview consisted of two representatives from a specific devision in Booz Allen. The representatives were all fairly friendly and were very interested in the classes and experience I had put on my resume. Food and beverages were offered half way through the interview and because of some of my achievements one of the divisions became interested in giving me a job offer.

Recruiter contacted and did a phone screen to determine which jobs I qualified for then scheduled the interview. The interview was over a span of about 2 hours and consisted of several 30 minute interviews. Each 30 minute interview session was conducted by a panel of 2 interviewers. The interview was mainly based on understanding my background, my career goals, and some high level technical questions. The interviewers were sharp and provided good answers to my questions.
