I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton in Dec 2009
Interview
The interview process was very positive. I had a phone interview with a hiring manager first, then was scheduled for interviews with 3 teams. HR representative discussed the company benefits with me and did my salary negotiation. The interviews with the teams were highly technical. Very organized hiring process.

Interview
the interview and offer process was quick and painless. had a fit interview over the phone. One week later met with the panel at their offices and was offered a package next day. The interview revolved around the consulting industry to see if I had the skillset and also some functional questions based on my previous experience. There were no curveballs and everything was very straightforward.

Interview
Went to a Junior Military Officer Hiring Conference. The conf is like speed dating, where you sit down with one or two interviewers and talk to them about what you do, what you can offer the company, what you want to do at Booz Allen, etc. It lasted from about 9am to 7pm, and everyone ran out of time! You literally spend the entire time talking to the interviewers, although you only talk to them about 5-15 min at a time. It was certainly a good experience though.
