Interview
I applied online and heard back from a recruiter after a few days asking to set up a screen interview on the phone. The recruiter went through the requirements in the job posting and asked if I had the years of experience they were asking for. I ended up interviewing for a different position than I applied to.
A week later, I had a virtual interview with a senior engineer from the team. We talked about the position and my background, as well as the amount of experience I had with their tech stack. Pretty standard behavioral/STAR questions and a few technical questions based on my resume.
I was told that it would be a video interview, but my interviewer did not have their webcam on. Even though the interview was scheduled for 45 minutes, my interviewer was out of questions after about 15 which gave me the feeling that they weren't interested in me.
The recruiter reached out to me the next day to let me know they weren't moving forward with me (feelings confirmed lol).

Interview
The interview process was very straightforward. It was not a case oriented consulting interview like so many of competitors. Recruiters were helpful and it was good to engage with employees during the video interview.
