Booz Allen Hamilton interview questions

First there was a phone interview talking about my resume and qualifications. Then I had another phone interview to discuss my qualifications further after that I had a panel interview where they went more in depth about my resume and experiences.

The recruiter and hiring manager were extremely personable. I had a wonderful interview experience with their team. It was much more conversational than I had expected but it was easy to understand what the team was looking for in their hires and what their values were. They were interested in finding good fits vs collecting people with certs and degrees.
