In-person interview on-campus followed by several phone interviews to get location aligned with my interests. People asked more behavioral questions as opposed to technical questions. They seemed to recruit more from a school name rather than core competencies. Overall a good interview experience - they really want to sell you on the company culture.

Question 1
What are some examples of how you have managed system requirements for an engineering project?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Jan 2015
Interview
Multiple stage interview with 4 different personnel ranging from Associate to Principal. The questions were generally focused around technical skills, background with a specific system. Some personality questions but given it was technical position, most of the time was spent talking about the system. Very personable, but engineering focused.
I applied through college or university. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Booz Allen Hamilton (McLean, VA) in Sep 2016
Interview
It was a panel interview, which consisted of 3 different interviews. The people I spoke to I never saw again once I was hired. I was contacted the next day and was told I was offered the position, but didn’t receive the written offer until months later
