JD does not indicate the job requirement clearly. Had the 1st screening call with the HR, certain requirement is not indicated in JD (language proficiency) & e.g. the regional market that we'll be working for, which may misled the potential candidates that these specific skills may not be required. When that was mentioned in the call, HR responded that the role requirement has changed on that morning. It would be very helpful to include all these necessary points on the getgo just so the job scope and the requirement of the role is clear and to avoid any misconception. It was quite unprofessional.
