Smooth. The interviewers were friendly and professional, both the phone call interview and the face to face one. I learnt a lot about Bytedance and how the work should be done.

Tell us about yourself and why did u choose to work as a Content Moderator
Few days ago I applied for the position of Content Moderator for TikTok through the TikTok site. After that I was contacted by a talent acquisition specialist called Gabriela Gogol who should have called me for a screening call as she said. I didn’t receive any call, nor any explanation from the talent acquisition specialist despite I sent her several emails. I don’t understand how a company like TikTok can rely on certain people like Gabriela Gogol but this was my experience.
Interviewer is condescending and rude. Need to learn SQL etc prior to meeting. Expects interviewees to have no work life balance and work overtime without OT pay. Expected to watch really horrible stuff as moderator. But I wouldn't want the interviewer as a boss, he seems unreasonable and from his track record he tends to jump around companies to improve his job title
