I applied online. I interviewed at CBRE (Chicago, IL) in Jul 2018
Interview
Conversational. Comfortable. Mutual exchange of information. Some redundancy relative to the phone screen. I enjoyed meeting the Managing Director and was introduced to other team members after the interview.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Chicago, IL) in Jan 2017
Interview
I interviewed for Forum Analytics, part of CBRE.
I applied online through CBRE website. They directly invited me for first round of interview at Forum Analytics HQ in Chicago. It was a 30 minutes discussion with one of the Director. I was invited for a second round of interview within a weeks time wherein i met 4-5 people who were Senior Project Managers and Directors. The interview was a simple one; questions were with regards to the earlier work profile, trying to see if you are a good fit culturally and professionally. Have you handled multiple projects ? Are you used to communicating with clients, comfortable with presentation? The interview was an easy one. The HR never responds back even after 4-5 follow up emails on the position status.
They talk so well during the interview process and then never respond back even with a rejection email. Looks like company needs better HR for handling these situations.
