Basiclly tell about your job experience, even if it was negative or positive. You will first get a phone call and then you will schedule a one on one, sometimes by phone or in person.

No phone screen. Very brief 15 minute interview as they had several people lined up for that position. Panel consisted of one person face to face and several people on the phone. No time given to ask my questions. Details of the exact job were also not provided as they wanted to rush to the next candidate. On joining I also found out that the guy who interviewed me was not my boss ! Someone else turned out to be my boss ! Very disappointed !!
