The interview never happened.
The first time they scheduled the videocon interview in the evening at 7. No one showed up and then they said it is raining at their place so it will happen at 7 30pm. At 7 30pm they said they are not able to login into zoom so the interview will happen tomorrow at 11pm.
So the next day at 11pm, which was a round with the senior director based on the guy's linkedin profile, no one showed up for the interview even then!
Haven't seen a more unprofessional company than this! If the senior director doesn't show up without any explaination like this, i can only imagine how day to day operations go!
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CBRE (Dallas, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
First round was a phone interview. Had to talk about my resume and all the projects in detail. Asked me the difference between abstract class and interface. Call lasted for half an hour. After that I was directly called for an onsite interview which lasted for 2 hours.
I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at CBRE (Plano, TX) in Mar 2019
Interview
1 Phone Screen that was easy to medium asking questions about frameworks (not any CS fundamentals, just tools..), an on-site that was supposed to be scheduled.
They communicated with me to coordinate travel accommodations, I gave them my information after they scheduled a time, and then.... nothing. No responses to follow ups, no "we filled the position" or "you aren't being considered." Just straight up ghosted by HR after trying to coordinate travel accomodations. Really unprofessional compared to the other companies I've dealt with, who'd at least have the decency to respond and/or reject.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Asked about React, AWS, Azure,web-dev and full stack frameworks etc. Nothing algorithmic.
