I received a call from the mai and we arranged a meeting on campus. It was just the managing director that I would potentially be working for. During the interview it became clear I would not be hired because I was uncertain of what I want to do. It was a mistake on my part. But otherwise great company and great experience. Everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. The interview was low key.

Interview
A thorough interview process with managing directors and team leaders. You are put through a round of several meetings to gage your personality and how well you may get along with a specific team and the general office. Some interviewers are more interested in your educational background, while others pay attention on how well you will work on a team.

Interview
Initially spoke with the recruiter by phone. Following the phone interview there was an in person interview with three department heads. They asked some basic questions that were mostly the same as the phone interview. I was then given a competency test. The entire process took about 3-4 hours.
