CCC Intelligent Solutions Customer Service Agent interview questions

The interview was 90 minutes long, I was so nervous going into it, but the interviewer made the whole process comfortable. There were a lot of questions but honestly the time went by a lot quicker than I thought it would have. If I had one piece of advice it would be make sure you have several questions for them as well that you might have. I just had the interview today so fingers crossed?!
