Interview
I found and applied for the position online. I also had a friend's friend pass along my resume to HR. Had and initial phone screening interview and then an in-person interview. I was excited about the opportunity and enjoyed the interview and liked the interviewers. Unfortunately I never did hear back from them after two follow up attempts and despite given positive feedback during the interview.

The questions asked were mostly standard interview questions to expect, with a couple specific ones about my background and wording on my resume.
The interview is more casual than I expected. The interviewers are friendly and really want to know more about you. The interview process is not much difference from other that I had

One interview with team manager, line manager and team member.
Was given two interview tasks to prepare for, which were in presentation format. This was followed by a generic Q&A section.

How would you deal with a difficult client relationship?
Der erste Kontakt war sehr angenehm. Das Vorstellungsgespräch danach lief mit 2 Mitarbeiter.innen, eine wirkte unglaublich uninteressiert, die andere stellte die gleiche Fragen wie vor noch 10 Jahren. Insgesamt OK aber ich hatten den Eindruck sie haben schon den passenden Kandidat gefunden.
