Interview with the head of the programme and the director of operations. Very pleasant. Competency-based questions, in addition to a spreadsheet-based test. The test lasted 30 minutes and evaluated the ability to quickly understand and navigate large data sets. Key skills include pivot tables, sum if, count-ifs, index match.
