I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics in Dec 2015
Interview
I applied and 1 day after I got a phone call. The interview went well to the point I was almost certain I would get picked. I have over a decade of experience and even certified in many things. The issue was they want to hire the person with the most skills that will accept their low salary range. They want to pay a supervisor with many years of experience $45,000 a year you have got to be kidding me. I asked for the amount after intensively researching the position salary and they would not even work with me on what I actually deserved. He told me to call him the following week to follow up, I left a message and even emailed him. No responses; whatsoever, I knew it was due to my salary desire but he could have been professional enough to say he has moved on with other candidates instead of ignoring me. I know it is not required for them to tell me the reason, which I already knew the reason. The professionalism and etiquette is 1-none.

What do you feel would make you a good supervisor?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics (Indianapolis, IN) in Jun 2011
Interview
The manager that interviewed me had a bunch of canned behavioral questions that he read from a sheet of paper. He didn't ask me anything you wouldn't find on the first page of a google search. He never probed deeper at any of my answers. All in all it was fairly simple.

Question 1
Please give me an example of a time when you had a problem with a supervisor/co-worker and how you approached the problem.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at CEVA Logistics
Interview
took 3 months from first interview to a job offer. The process took two interviews and you had to chase and chase and chase for follow up as to the status. Then the contract you get was fine but the attached information about the company and its programs was out of date. Don't even try to hold them to it as they will not honor it.
