After an initial phone screening I was scheduled for an in person interview in Halifax, NS. I was advised a couple of times of the strict business dress code before the interview. Met with manager in a very small meeting room directly off of the main entrance to the office floor. Reviewed relevant experience from resume before going to some trivia questions about object oriented programming, along with some basics from software engineering processes. Eventually scheduled for a second technical interview over the phone with the same manager and a director from Toronto. The conference call software wasn't working properly for screen sharing, so I had to use a built in text notepad which was a bit of a pain to write code in. A day or two later I got an offer that was 20 percent lower than another offer so I declined.
