CGI Software Developer interview questions

It was really disorganized and was a hodgepodge. The first interview was standard questions. The second interview was 4 different interviews, with seemingly random questions. One was to just talk about what kind of person you are. Another was simple debugging code on a piece of paper. Another was write code you have written in the past.
