The process took 1 week. I interviewed at CGI (Knoxville, TN)
Interview
Initial phone screen, virtual tech/hr interview with three established developers, and then an offer. Interview was super laid back but comprehensive. Consisted of open ended questions about experience and education, then they dove deeper into each one depending on the responses until I had said all I knew. No leetcode style questions.
Super quick turnaround. Just 8 days between initial contact and verbal offer.
