I got phone interview invitation from recruiter after I applied online. The interview was pretty straightforward and interviewer was friendly and polite. But the recruiter is very unresponsive. He did not reply to any of my follow-up emails and did not give any update about the position. I feel that is very rude on his side. Even if it is rejection recruiter should inform the candidate or atleast respond to candidate's emails.
