I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Cadence Design Systems (Irvine, CA) in Jun 2016
Interview
The interview process took 2 weeks approximately. First got an email from recruiter about the position. The next call was a detailed one which lasted for more than 2 hours. It was both technical and behavioral. After a week got another call from the manager. It was a general call which tested my interest in the position. I was called onsite for the final round. It started from 9:30 am and lasted till 4 pm. It tested both my technical and behavioral skills. Amazing experience with respect to the interview process and the team

It was very quick. I got a call from manager and he scheduled the interview for the next day. I also had another round of phone call interview with a team member in the same week. Later, I attended on site interview with two managers. They actually offered me the job by the evening on the very day. I am really liking the place and people, my team. Looking forward for the full time job here in the same team.
