Capgemini Azure Data Engineer interview questions

The recruiter reached out to me through LinkedIn and asked all my basis details(included current CTC and expected CTC). Post that my interview was scheduled on a weekend. After 2 rounds of interviews, I was told(through SMS, not even a phone call) that they cannot even match my current CTC and their budget is 15% less. What irks me is why were the interviews scheduled in the first place.

i had 3 rounds of interview . first round is L1 and second round is Manager round and third round is with Client , after 3 rounds of interview process , i got English communication test AMCAT link , and i have cleared that too, finally i got an offer from Capgemini
