The only thing they were looking for is communication skills that to basic communication skills. You dont have to be pro. They are only concerned about your willingness to go to any place that they wish to send.No growth in this as it is a kind of non technical job. You cant learn any thing in this job.

Interview
The interview was conducted on the Superset platform with a recruiter or technical interviewer. The questions are generally basic to intermediate, especially for freshers.Preparing basic aptitude, programming fundamentals, SQL, OOP, and your project explanation will cover a large portion of typical interview rounds.
It was a detailed 3 round process. Written, technical and HR. Covered a lot of things from SQL , Python, C++ to general behavioural questions. Had a general conversation with them as well. The HRs in general were good to talk to.
